We are looking for a Field Service Specialist with a technical flair to join our team who will be responsible for the service of Ecolab's unique and strong cleaning and hygiene solutions for our Food & Beverage market.

Location: We are looking to fill two positions, one position in Southwest Norway (sør-vestland) and one position in Eastern Norway (østland).

What You Will Do:
- Design and tailor service solutions based on customer needs with Safe Food and Quality in focus, and follow-up on projects.
- Process control including optimization of existing and new facilities.
- Build relationships with customers, identify and influence decision makers.
- Identify new opportunities during service activities.
- Document performed work and coordinate service activities with the different departments internally.
- Follow Ecolab safety guidelines and incident reporting requirements.
- Travelling within the country is expected.

Qualifications:
- Education within dairy, food or agricultural science, engineering, chemistry or related field is preferred.
- Min. 5 years of technical experience from the food industry or aquaculture industry or within food technology or other relevant sector.
- Solid experience in hygiene requirements in the food industry.
- Self-driven and motivated by creating results.
- Good at communicating and understanding customer needs.
- Structured and can manage a hectic day.
- Enjoy taking initiative and working independently, but also functions well as part of a team.
- Fluent in Norwegian (spoken and written) as well as good English skills.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness and possibility to travel for work.
