HSE Site Manager (m/f/d)

- The project is scheduled to start with immediate effect.
- Contract type: fixed-term employment or freelance project.
- The position requires a commitment of 57 hours per week.
- Home leaves will be provided on 4 weeks on / 1 week off schedule.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting hazard reporting for effective safety measures.
- Cultivating a safety-focused organizational culture through effective leadership.
- Acting as a liaison to communicate safety concerns and information to stakeholders.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for hazard identification and risk assessment.
- Providing clear guidance on-site safety regulations and responsibilities.
- Participating in safety meetings, conducting site inspections, and collaborating with supplier safety personnel.
- Instructing contractors on HSE program implementation and policy adherence.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of safety regulations and promptly reporting accidents.
- Analyzing accident data, proposing preventive measures, and implementing corrective actions.
- Providing safety-related information for inclusion in monthly reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
- Proven experience in HSE management, preferably in construction or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant HSE certification is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
