Assignment Description

• Manage the interface processes, systems, and deliverables within the project.
• Ensure interface activities are performed in accordance with applicable rules and regulations including company policies and project execution plan.
• Contribute to the Project Monthly reports, providing detailed insights into interface related progress, challenges, and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify interface related risks and contribute to the project risk register.
• Monitor the flow of interface information between project contractors, proactively addressing any bottlenecks or communication gaps.
• Participate in interface meetings between project contractors, facilitating constructive dialog and alignment on interface related matters.
• Monitor and follow up contractor’s implementation of company contractual requirements, ensuring adherence to standards and specifications.
• Establish formal communication channels and reporting mechanisms with contractors to facilitate transparent and efficient interface management.
• Provide training and support in the company’s interface software tool, offering guidance to both company project personnel and contractors to optimize interface management processes.

Qualifications

• kjennskap til Interface Management modulen i Omega365 systemet (ønskelig)
• Erfaring fra tilsvarende rolle.
• Erfaring fra større byggeprosjekter/industri bygg.
