Key Responsibilities:
- Provide break/fix support, fault diagnosis, and resolution for desktop devices (hardware, software, and connectivity).
- Manage IMAC (installations, moves, adds, and changes) and desk-side support services.
- Handle both hard and soft break-fix services for laptops and desktops.
- Provide standard hardware/software maintenance for desktops, including operating systems and office applications.
- Ensure proper configuration, updates, and replacements for desktop hardware and software.
- Review Service Desk calls to identify areas for user training or automation.
- Ensure that each desktop device is installed with the correct desktop image.
- Experience with Windows 7 OS.
- Preferred: Knowledge of Active Directory (AD), Mac devices, and tablets.
- Familiarity with Service Now or other service management tools.
- Strong skills in End-User Computing (EUC) tools, remote support, MS Office, and Outlook.
- Proficiency in Norwegian & English.
