Key Account Manager – MDU Sales
Are you a dynamic Key Account Manager who enjoys building client relationships and possesses an eye for details to ensure a good sales process and client experience? Join our fast-growing Fiber B2C department in Norway, where you’ll work with housing associations to deliver top-notch fiber solutions.About the role:
As a Key Account Manager within MDU segment in Global Connect, you’ll be at the forefront of our expansion, taking ownership of projects from prospecting all the way to final delivery.
You will be collaborating closely with various internal teams, such as delivery and finance, and you’ll handle everything from booking and leading board meetings with the client to calculating offers and supporting financial assessments. To succeed in the role, you should have a passion for sales and relations. You must have the grit to long sales cycles that might take 3-6 months with quite some complexity involved.
Here are a couple of key responsibilities during a typical day:
- Take charge of your sales processes and manage customer interactions from initial contact to a signed agreement and handover to relevant internal colleagues.
- Lead presentations and negotiations with clients, build trust and value by acting as a true Global Connect ambassador.
- Ensure that you have an active pipeline of potential clients and follow up on these
- Write proposals and manage internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between sales, delivery, finance, and of course - the MDU board.

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a competitive industry and can develop long-term client engagements with persistence. Your ability to communicate and collaborate is key, as you’ll interact daily with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- Fluency in both Norwegian and English.
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within telecommunications.
- Experience within the Housing Association market is preferable, but not a requirement.
- Good presentation skills, both oral and written.
- Good process and system understanding
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects accurately and with precision.
- Experience from telecom, or the will and ability to upskill on industry language and technologies.
