Your role
Infosys is seeking Oracle HCM Cloud HCM Lead and Core HR Functional Consultant with Implementation and Application Support experience. The position primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and responsible for successfully implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR modules in Agile mode. This position will be responsible for leading the discussions for the design and development of all the associated components such as Data migration, integrations, and reports for Core HR area. The position is a lead position and will also involve interacting with stakeholders and manage the project effectively. Position is based out of Norway

Responsibilities.

• Should be able to facilitates collaboration and communication between team players and leadership to ensure a successful project outcome.
• Facilitate communication: Responsible for ensuring that there is clear communication between the team, the Product Owner, and any other stakeholders.
• Implementing process changes and steps to improve team’s productivity.
• Implementing Project Management/Best Practices.
• Removing team Impediments/roadblocks and protect team from outside distractions and interruptions.
• Ensuring smoother and seamless quality delivery and within sprint timelines
• Interact with Customer to get requirements of HCM Cloud and configure the same
• Interact with Offshore team to deliver requirements

Required

• Experience Information Technology experience
• Experience in Project Management
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud – Core HR module
• Hands on experience in working on Oracle Global HR Cloud for Europe
• Knowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile mode
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
• Experience in project management and lead role

Preferred

• Experience with Implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules in Lead capacity
• Candidate should be proficient in all the Core HR Processes
• Ability to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to Core HR and other modules
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
• Experience managing team size of 8+ would be a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
