About Oivi:
Oivi is an ambitious and young medtech company developing technology to overcome a huge challenge that impacts the lives of millions of people with diabetes. Our vision is to bring to market a low-cost artificial intelligence enabled fundus camera and automated diagnostics platform for early screening of Diabetic Retinopathy. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day operations and projects.
  
• Assist in analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
  
• Participate in management team meetings, providing insights and suggestions to enhance efficiency.
  
• Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies.
  
• Help monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports.
  
• Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis.
  
• Contribute to the planning and execution of company events or initiatives.
  
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation for management.
  
• Learn and utilize project management tools to track and manage tasks.
  
• Collaborate with mentors and team members to enhance leadership and management skills.
  
• Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
  

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Masters's degree in Business, Leadership, Finance, or a related field.
  
• Very strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data.
  
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
• High proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to a fast-paced business environment.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  
• Demonstrated leadership potential and eagerness to take on new challenges.
  
• Previous coursework, projects, or experience in management is a plus.
