Oivi is an ambitious and young medtech company developing a technology to overcome a huge challenge that impacts the lives of millions of people with diabetes. Our vision is to bring to market a low-cost artificial intelligence enabled fundus camera and automated diagnostics platform for early screening of Diabetic Retinopathy. Responsibilities

Assist in the creation, implementation, and monitoring of marketing campaigns
-
Contribute to social media content creation and scheduling across platforms

Support the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional content
-
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences
-
Assist in the coordination of events, trade shows, or webinars
-
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute innovative ideas
-
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and produce reports
-
Assist in managing the company's online presence, including website updates and content optimization
-
Engage with customers through various communication channels and respond to inquiries professionally
-
Assist in email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, and tracking
-
Provide general administrative support to the marketing department
Qualifications
-
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Masters's degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (if applicable)

Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
-
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic understanding of social media marketing
-
Creativity and ability to think outside the box
-
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-
Enthusiastic and eager to learn about marketing strategies and tactics
-
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
-
Prior marketing experience or coursework is a plus
