Your role:
In your role as Online Sales Manager based in Oslo for the Swedish, you will ensure that Sweden's roofs are gradually equipped with solar panels. You will support our solar customers, both online and on the phone, and guide them through the entire sales process until signing the contract. You will be available as a competent contact person and ensure satisfied and happy customers.

Your Responsibilities:
As Online Sales Manager, you will be responsible for presenting and selling our solar systems to our customers (B2C) through online sales and consulting via video meetings.
- Your sales strategy will be based on highly qualified, web-generated leads (not cold outreach).
- You will be supported by our advanced sales flow, where you can incorporate your own sales style.
- You present the benefits of Otovo, clearly and convincingly.
- You identify the customer's needs and wants, and complete the sale.
- You will work closely with our pre-sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth sales process.
- You develop initiatives that lead to increased sales.
- You follow up on your targets consistently.
- You hand over a well-planned and communicated project to your colleagues in the operations department.
- You will report to the Country Lead Scandinavia.
- A thorough training in the sales process and the solar industry.

- Completed apprenticeship or higher education.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales.
- You are characterized by clear and convincing communication and an engaging manner.
- You have a closing mentality in sales, are curious and can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
- You like to make improvements, always question the status quo and enjoy a fast pace.
- You speak Swedish and have good English skills to be able to communicate with your international colleagues.
- Previous experience within the solar cell market, especially sales of solar cells, is an advantage.

Pay: From 40,000.00kr per year
