For å styrke Halliburton’s avdeling for tjenester relatert til base operasjoner søker vi etter en Performance Development Coordinator. Halliburton leverer løsninger til alle segmenter innen borevæsker, kompletteringsvæsker, boreavfallshåndtering og -behandling samt sementering fra 7 base lokasjoner i Norge.
Som Performance Development Coordinator for Base operasjoner vil du:

• Koordinere alle interne kurs.
• Kartlegge kunnskapsnivå i samarbeid med Base ledere
• Veilede og følge opp medarbeidere i kompetansesystemet i samarbeid med HRD (Learning and Development) avdelingen i Halliburton.
• Oppdatere og utvikle opplæringsplaner i samarbeid med Base ledere
• Lede, eller delta i, interne og eksterne audits.
• Delaktig i det kontinuerlige forbedringsarbeidet i avdelingen
• Oppdatere og vedlikeholde styrings systemet for avdelingen.
• Sporadisk reising til ulike base lokasjoner i Norge må påberegnes.

To strengthen Halliburton's department for base related services, we are looking for a Performance Development Coordinator. Halliburton delivers solutions to all segments within drilling fluids, completion fluids, drilling waste management / treatment and cementing in 7 different locations in Norway.
As Performance Development Coordinator for Base operations you will:

• Coordinate all internal courses in.
• Map level of knowledge in collaboration with Base Managers
• Supervised and followed up managers and employees in the competence system in collaboration with the HRD (Learning and Development) department in Halliburton.
• Update and develop training plans in collaboration with Base managers.
• Leads, or participates in, internal and external audits.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve performance in organization.
• Update and maintain the management system for the department.
• Some travel to base locations in Norway will be required.
