You will be at the forefront of driving this globalization. Your primary responsibility will be to transfer knowledge and expertise to various regions around the world and assure best possible utilization of resources globally. You will ensure that these regions are well-equipped to execute defined projects within our business areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the globalization of solution business within Electrification.
- Transfer knowledge and know-how to different regions, through “on the job training” and courses/masterclasses.
- Ensure regions are equipped to execute relevant projects within defined business areas.
- Contribute to build and utilize our global engineering center in India.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Influence and convince stakeholders of the need for change and the benefits of globalization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Contribute to building Chemicals business in the Nordics.
Qualifications:
- Extensive background in project sales, -execution and -engineering.
- Proven success in global project execution.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong drive and desire to drive change within the organization.
- Ability to influence and convince others of the need for change.
- Experience in leading and managing cross-functional ant cross-national teams.
