We are now hiring advisors to strengthen our Quality Department. We consider candidates from various backgrounds, such as Quality, HSE, Engineering, Technical or Commercial functions.
We believe a diverse team with the right mindset will be a key to our success. You will be supporting quality assurance and quality control deliverables, and collaborate with the wider organisation, to enable the excellent projects we are known for.

The position is based in Stavanger, Norway.

The tasks you will solve:
- Promote continual improvement and quality awareness within the organisation
- Ensure that products and projects comply with our quality policies, processes and procedures to enable predictable performance.
- Collaborate in all matters relating to the application and implementation of the company management system on project and tender work.
- Focal point for quality matters on designated projects, including interfaces with clients, suppliers and quality inspectors
- Contribute to quality performance monitoring, including auditing and investigations
What we want from you:
- You have a quality mindset and you are structured and organised with good attention to details.
- You have a degree in Quality, HSE, Engineering, Technical or Commercial disciplines or relevant work experience that supports the role.
- Having knowledge about subsea projects and operations is appreciated but not required.
