Hovedansvarsområder vil være:
- Kundebehandling på telefon og over skranke
- Sjekke ut- og inn biler
- Skade registrering og oppfølging av skadesaker mot kunder.
- Følge opp biler i forhold til service intervall.
- Planlegging og kontroll av bilflåte
- Aktivt gjøre mersalg
- Følge opp daglige rutiner
- Klargjøring av leiebiler
- Utkjøring/innhenting
- Logistikk
- Har en utpreget serviceinnstilling
- Har gode kommunikasjonsevner
- Er fleksibel og samarbeidsvillig
- Er strukturert og løsningsorientert
- Har generelle datakunnskaper
- Har førerkort for bil, klasse B, minimum 1 år
- Er representativ
- Takler stress og et hektisk arbeidsmiljø
- Punktlig, nøyaktig og ryddig
- Liker å være ute i all slags vær
Må jobbe 100% i opplæringsperioden på 4-6 uker.
