We’re excited to announce an opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our Sales team in our office in Oslo. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing sales strategies. The role includes travelling around 3 days per month.
What does the role look like?
- Drive business (complex sales) for existing customers and potential new customers in the Nordics
- Increase net sales, profit and ensure customer satisfaction
- Being able to identify the customers’ needs and pain points and interact with Banqsoft´s resources to provide products and services that address the underlying business problems and requirements
- Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners at all levels
- Solid pipeline management
- Participate in customer events

Are we a great match?
To master the role of Sales Executive we believe that you have:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in complex sales, preferably in software
- Direct field experience in working with enterprise customers
- Documented excellent sales result
- A high level of general commercial understanding
- Great ability to understand the customer´s business, needs and drivers
- Ability to plan and prioritize work on complex business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a Nordic language and English
- Strong alignment with our Employee DNA
It’s great if you have (but not a must!):
- Good knowledge of the Asset Finance industry and its dynamics and challenges
