We’re excited to announce an opportunity for a System Consultant to join and strengthen the Credit Processing team in our Oslo Office.
As a System Consultant, you will play a crucial role in deliveries within credit processes and customer onboarding (Credit Scoring, AML, KYC, etc.) for both new and existing Banqsoft clients. As a System Consultant you will be working with our clients across multiple different business areas, be that digital banking, leasing and asset financing. You will be part of international and interdisciplinary project teams helping to implement Banqsoft solutions, as well as further developing and supporting our clients’ daily business.

What does the role look like?

• Actively participate in client dialogue to secure requirements and efficient technology deliveries.
• Participation in various projects that cover client deliveries, product development, test processes, analysis, specifications and development of credit scoring and onboarding processes.
• Contribute to business development by identifying client needs, preparing and selling solutions and contribute to these being developed and delivered as agreed.

Are we a great match?
To master the role of System Consultant we believe that you have:

• Knowledge of different financial credit products and processes related to these
• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Some years of experience with for example: Consulting services, banking or asset financing, system development, system analysis, requirement specifications, client follow-up, process mapping, solution documentation, system testing, project work, etc.
• Excellent English and Norwegian communication skills.
• An analytical and structured approach where you’re able to work proactively, both individually and as part of a team.
• A customer and relationship-oriented mindset, being good at collaboration.
• A curious attitude. Be unafraid to ask questions, suggest solutions or find new and different ways to solve problems.
• A strong alignment with our Employee DNA

It’s great if you have (but not a must!):

• Experience from the financial industry and knowledge of concepts such as scorecards, Credit Scoring, Policy Rules, AML processing and KYC is a huge plus
• Having worked with data and database schemas, SQL in general or APIs (XML/JSON formats)
