About Telenor Cyberdefence AS
Telenor Cyberdefence AS is a wholly owned, newly started Nordic cyber security company in the Telenor Group. Telenor Cyberdefence AS' ambition is to become a leading MSSP (Managed Security Services Provider) in the Nordic market, among other things by using Telenor's unique access to threat intelligence to support our services. In addition to delivering modern managed security services, Telenor Cyberdefence AS will also be able to offer specialist expertise through advice, technical consultancy services and testing of infrastructure / applications with our Offensive Security team.
We are looking for new colleagues in the position of Security Consultants Microsoft, to join Telenor Cyberdefence HQ in Oslo / Fornebu.
Our Security Consultants Microsoft will be part of our Consulting Division. You will work in a team of leading experts on Microsoft technology, including deep knowledge of Azure, Defender, Sentinel etc. You will be working as a consultant with medium-sized and large organizations in the private and public sector in the Nordic market.
This role requires experience from relevant consulting engagements with demanding business customers and/or public sector organizations. You will contribute to enhancing Telenor Cyberdefence’s portfolio of consulting services to meet market needs with high quality and in a profitable manner.
You will have the following key responsibilities:

Understand the main technology trends within the Nordic market for security services and how to use these technologies in Telenor Cyberdefence’s (TCD’s) consulting business.

Lead digital transformation projects together with our customers, with a Cloud First strategy.

Advocate and open doors for other TCD services, such as penetration testing, MDR and other managed services.

Lead or participate in dynamic teams consisting of TCD consultants and client personnel.

Contribute to the further development of the security consulting services offered by TCD in close co-operation with colleagues from TCD’s Consulting Division and the service portfolio function in TCD.

Ensure profitability of the consulting projects where you participate through correct scope definition, high quality contributions and efficient time management.

Communicate and interact effectively across organizational boundaries, within and outside TCD and Telenor Group. Actively participate in business forums at local, Nordic and global level.
We believe you have the following qualifications and skills:
-
Several years of experience in managing / participating in consulting projects for businesses / public sector organizations within the Microsoft universe.

Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft’s portfolio of security products. You preferably have Microsoft Certifications like AZ-500, SC-100 and SC-200. These certifications are crucial for our business and are required over time.

A sound understanding of the Nordic security market and especially the Nordic security consulting industry as well as a thorough understanding of the existing and upcoming security technologies.

Strong and inspiring communicator externally and internally.

Proven ability to co-operate with other team members and client teams, as well as the sales and service portfolio functions in consulting companies, preferably in an MSSP.

Ability to combine customer orientation with a strong drive to run profitable projects.

Professional fluency in verbal and written English and a Scandinavian language is required.

Preferably bachelor's or / and master's degree in information technology, with good academic results.
