Senior Product Manager

Auto Store is seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Product Manager to lead the strategic development and growth of our SW products. These tools are integral to optimizing our automated warehouse solutions, enabling our customers to analyze performance data, design efficient systems, and maximize their investment in Auto Store technology. As a Senior SW Product Manager, you will drive the product strategy, work closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure that our products meet the evolving needs of our customers in the logistics and warehouse automation space.
The Product Management team is more focused on the strategic, long-term vision and alignment of the product with market needs, while collaborating with Product Owners who are focused on the tactical, day-to-day management of the product backlog and ensuring the Agile Team delivers high-value increments that align with the broader product vision.
Key Responsibilities :

Own the strategic product roadmap for your SW product areas, ensuring alignment with Auto Store’s overall SW Product strategy, strategic objectives, go to market plan, and customer needs.

Identify market opportunities to enhance these products or identify new products we should build to improve our competitive position.

Collaborate with stakeholders, including Product Owners, SW engineering, commercial and system design teams to prioritize product initiatives based on customer feedback, competitive analysis, and business impact.

Coordinate new product developments in your SW area within the SW platform strategy, bringing new capabilities that span software modules to market.

Define market product requirements and collaborate with the POs to translate into development priorities in collaboration with engineering and design teams.

Conduct in-depth market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions, particularly focusing on the unique needs of the warehouse automation industry.

Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, using insights to drive continuous improvement and ensure that the products deliver measurable value to customers.

Advocate for customer needs, ensuring a user-centric approach to product development and enhancement.

Work closely with marketing, sales, and system design teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and product updates, including product positioning, messaging, pricing and training materials.

Coordinate with project management to ensure alignment on timelines, resources, and deliverables, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the product team and across departments.

Support communication of the product vision, roadmap, go to market strategy, and progress for the SW product(s) to executives, stakeholders, and the broader organization.

Manage expectations and provide regular updates on product development status, risks, and opportunities, ensuring alignment with the overall product roadmap and strategy.

Influence and negotiate priorities with stakeholders to ensure that product initiatives align with both customer needs and business goals.
Qualifications We Are Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

5+ years of experience in product management

Proven track record of successfully leading product management teams and delivering impactful products, including both hardware and software.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Passionate about creating customer value and delivering impactful products.

[Bonus] Experience in supply chain/logistics or familiarity with warehouse automation solutions.
