Job Description
Service Now is one of our strategic platforms in Statkraft. Our goal is to enable digital transformation within our organization, which will allow us to provide our customers and users with personalized and seamless experiences, optimize our operations, streamline our internal processes, and ultimately drive growth and profitability, in compliance with country specific laws and regulations.
The core platform team is responsible for the day-to-day development, management and maintenance of the Service Now platform. This team provides overall strategic direction, ongoing administration, and extends Service Now as a strategic platform across the business.
The Service Now department currently counts 25 employees and is organized as a product-oriented team. We are now looking for a Service Now Platform Developer to join us!

Job Description

Our goal is to enable digital transformation within our organization, which will allow us to provide our customers and users with personalized and seamless experiences, optimize our operations, streamline our internal processes, and ultimately drive growth and profitability, in compliance with country specific laws and regulations.
The core platform team is responsible for the day-to-day development, management and maintenance of the Service Now platform. This team provides overall strategic direction, ongoing administration, and extends Service Now as a strategic platform across the business.
The Service Now department currently counts 25 employees and is organized as a product-oriented team. We are now looking for a Service Now Platform Developer to join us!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Design, develop, configure, and customize (when necessary) Service Now applications and services
- Deliver new functionality across applications
- Support the entire development lifecycle
- Assist the platform administrator with incident resolution
- Support testing efforts
Qualifications

- Solid technical background
- Solid experience with Service Now development - minimum 3 years
- Experience with understanding/supporting business processes, and managing business and technical requirements
- Experience from Agile way of work will be considered a plus
- Good communicator, verbally and written, in Norwegian and English
