We are on behalf of our client looking for a Structural Discipline Lead (Deputy) for a project in Trondheim, Norway.
Responsibilities and tasks:

- Preparing Commissioning Boundary Documents, Procedures, Job Cards, and CPCL/CR.
- Collaborating daily with the site/offshore Commissioning Team.
- Handling Commissioning Queries (CQ) and contributing to Commissioning Package Handover to Operations.
- Actively participating in FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and commissioning activities at supplier premises.
- Performing occasional offshore trips when necessary.
- Attending meetings as requested by the Completion Manager.
- Bachelor, Master or higher technical education in relevant field.
- Min. 10 years of experience as a structural engineer.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail, flexible, organized, and service-minded.
- Familiarity with government and client requirements.
- Proficient in E3D, MS Office, Navis Works, MIPS, and TIME.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Available for work in Norway!
- Extensive experience with relevant software tools and project execution.
- Good communicative skills in English (Norwegian an advantage) and team player.
- Valid work permit in Norway (or being located within the EU)!
- Start date: ASAP
- End date: 31.12.2025
