British American Tobacco Norway has an exciting opportunity for a Trade Deployment Executive in Oslo

We are seeking a highly motivated and diligent Trade Deployment Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the deployment and execution of trade activities, be part of building and implementing a winning strategy. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic attitude.
You will be part of our Norwegian business unit working with engaged and highly experienced colleagues who all focus on delivering upon our strategy and objectives to build true value to our Nordic business. Travel Required
Travels to national meetings at least 3 times a year. Travels to international meetings can occur.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Deploying brand and trade campaigns according to cycle plan and track key performance indicators.
- Planning and managing channel’s budgets and resources to achieve KPIs, ensuring efficient budget allocation and cost-effectiveness.
- Reporting on activation budget aligned with current planning and reporting structure.
- Supervising and sharing insights of your respective channel with relevant partners.
- Building and maintaining relationships with cross-functional teams, agencies and others relevant partners.
- Project managing new initiatives intended to build awareness of our products.
- Contributing to the delivery of the NO sales cycle plan activities in line with strategy, and track results.
- Contributing to identification and execution of new opportunities to enable growth.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Marketing related functions.
- Experience working with merchandising, retail or related fields would be beneficial
- Strong analytical, systems and numeracy skills with capability to master complexity.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and strategies
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Power Point
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- You are bold, curious, and resilient.
- You learn quickly and share findings.
- You are diligent and highly organized, with a focus on delivering results.
- You are responsible and think long-term.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and good command of Norwegian.

The position is based in our Oslo office located in Dronning Eufemias gate in the Barcode area close to public transport and with parking.
