The Life Cycle segment takes care of energy assets in a Life Cycle perspective. From the start to end of production, Life Cycle ensure safe operations. Our objective is to be a leading supplier of low carbon solutions and electrification projects. We focus on optimizing field life solutions, driven by decarbonization and environmentally sound offerings.

If you are a graduate 2025, you will be a part of Aker Solutions graduate program 2025. This includes professional network, meet other graduates across locations and visit to our headquarter and one of our yards.

• Develop your engineering skills by working together with highly skilled engineers in a dynamic environment.
• Work in exciting projects within oil & gas, electrification or renewables.
• Work in electrification, modification and maintenance projects.
• Work with clients to reduce carbon footprint from existing and new installations.
• Work with large clients within the energy industry.

• Relevant Master/Bachelors degree or Technical Vocational school (Fagskole).
• Certificate of Apprenticeship will be considered an advantage.
• Recently graduated, or you are about to graduate from your final year of studies.
• A high ability to learn and great interest for new technology and digitalization.
• A commercial mindset, good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High ethical standards and willingness to adhere to company values.
