Are you a seasoned professional with extensive experience in trading swimming pool equipment in the Middle East? We're seeking a talented individual to lead our Trading of Swimming Pool Equipment division at our leading Swimming Pool equipment manufacturer and trading company based in Muscat, Oman!
Position: Manager - Trading of Swimming Pool Equipment
Experience: Over 7 years in the Middle East trading swimming pool equipment
Company: Leading Swimming Pool equipment manufacturer and trading company in the Middle East
Job Location: Oman
As the Manager of our Trading of Swimming Pool Equipment division, you'll play a pivotal role in sourcing, procuring, and distributing high-quality swimming pool equipment to clients across the Middle East. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing strategic plans to expand our trading operations and meet revenue targets.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors of swimming pool equipment.
- Overseeing the procurement process, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of products to clients.
- Managing inventory levels, optimizing stock levels, and minimizing costs while ensuring product availability.
- Providing leadership and guidance to the trading team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Over 7 years of experience in trading swimming pool equipment in the Middle East.
- Proven track record of successfully managing trading operations and achieving sales targets.
- Strong network of contacts within the swimming pool equipment industry in the Middle East.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
