Description:
- Academy Professional Institute Pakistan (PIP) Management.
- Liaison with HO to create O+O course content for Academy/PIP & offline .
- Creation/maintenance of a stylist database.
- Internal & external stakeholder ( team, students, salons) management, guarantying a consistent customer/student experience.
- Research of currently available international programs to take inspiration for our school in order to improve our course offerings.
- Responsible for all Academy cash, products, vendor payments, and training material.
- Academy/PIP calendar, feedback form collection, all certificates guest trainer, books and certificates, all kind of print material related to Academy and training.
- Supporting HO for day-to-day tasks.
- Education related arrangement of all local and international seminars in the Academy/Offline/online/in salon .
- Invite salons according to the monthly training calendar to PPD Academy (Make sure attendance is 100%)
- Arrangement & coordination for ONLINE+OFFLINE training in the academy/institute.
- Competition/Institutes analysis collection.
- Responsible for Training calendars & trackers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within Pakistan, Conduct regular audits, provide feedback to franchisees, and ensure adherence to standards.
