Account Manager for Sparking Asia
The Job:
You will work directly with small and medium-sized businesses to bring them potential new customers that align with their services and any other requirements they have (this is our “Filters”). The management responsibilities include establishing and enforcing goals and KPI’s (key performance metrics) for yourself, appraising your performance, reporting to upper management and resolving problems.
The Account Manager serves a key strategic and tactical leadership position for Sparking Asia, by:
  • Ensuring that Sales targets are met
  • Ensuring Customer Service is maintained
  • Continuously improving your sales skills
In addition, this individual assists management in:
  • Developing and adjusting price and product strategies
  • Formulating and administering organizational policies
  • Developing short, medium, and long-range sales objectives
Specific responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Take calls when a customer requests to speak with an account manager
  • Analyzing activities for opportunities for improvement
  • Identify and share Best Practices for all other sales staff
Interpersonal & Professional Competencies:
  • Strong written and verbal American English communication skills and can multitask well
  • Little to no foreign accent, must sound like an American
  • Deep understanding of American culture
  • Ability to communicate in a friendly, but confident way. Leading the conversation is key.
  • Professional, mature and unassuming demeanor with the intellectual capacity that ensures credibility to the Sales function when dealing with the customer, the parent organization, senior management and cross-functionally.
  • High energy level, inspiring ambition, and self-directed persona, capable of functioning autonomously, demonstrating a propensity to take initiative to proactively drive business P&L and the Company forward, appreciating the short and long term business and financial implications of decisions and recommendations to the organization.
  • Adaptive, progressive leadership style, able to effectively lead in a dynamically changing and growing organization, being decisive, motivational and expectant of results; yet participative, positive and responsive to individual needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, highly organized, and an excellent communicator

Partner Management (existing relationships)
  • Daily oversight of Partners (buyers)
  • Confirm all Partners are buying and their caps are being hit
  • Figure out why a Partner is not buying (out of funds, technical reason)
  • Be the Point of Contact for all Buyers in your area of responsibility
  • Emails - must answer within 24 hours
  • Inbound Calls - be online and ready to take calls
  • Meetings - be prepared to meet with your buyers if they request
  • Issue resolution
  • Work with the Sales Support Team
  • Buyer issues on lead quality
New Business Development
  • Expand relationships with existing Partners
  • New Verticals (if we add new ones, inform Partners)
  • New tasks within vertical (if we add new ones, inform Partners) (if our existing partners add tasks, we should consider adding as well)
  • Find & Create new relationships
  • Reach out to past Billy Partners & inquiries
  • Work internal leads
  • Linked In (join groups, make posts, direct message)
  • Web Searches (Google Business, Yelp, ect)
  • Ask Partners for Referrals
  • Onboarding new affiliates
  • Follow process as outlined below
  • Work with sales support and track progress
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, PKT 6pm-3am, Monday-Friday.
Time-Off:
You will follow the US holiday schedule as you should not be contacting businesses during federal holidays.
New Years Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day
You can work with your manager for additional time off as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
