We seek a highly organized, detail-oriented Accountant responsible for managing the full spectrum of accounting functions at Alma Studio. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both basic bookkeeping and more complex financial reporting, ensuring all daily transactions are accurately recorded, timely, and align with both Pakistan and UK accounting standards.
Qualifications:

• ACCA Qualified/Finalist or CA Inter/Finalist
• 3+ years of experience in audit and accounting, preferably with a manufacturing background
• Proficiency in Sage Line 200 Accounting Software
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Transactions & Bookkeeping: Accurately post all daily transactions, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Month-End Closing: Handle month-end closing tasks, pulling together reports to deliver clear, accurate monthly accounts.
• Inventory Management: Oversee and manage inventory accounting and ensure accuracy in inventory valuation.
• Bank Reconciliation: Perform daily bank reconciliations to maintain accurate cash flow tracking.
• Accounts Payable (A/P) & Accounts Receivable (A/R): Manage A/P and A/R processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Financial Reporting: Produce monthly and year-end financial statements that provide valuable insights into business performance.
• Organizational Skills: Maintain an organized workflow to meet deadlines and stay compliant with financial timetables.
