Job Description:
EMS High School is looking for a dedicated and organized Female Admission Officer to manage and oversee the student admissions process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a passion for helping families navigate the admissions journey.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire student admissions process, from inquiry to enrollment.
• Provide prospective parents and students with detailed information about the school, curriculum, and admission requirements.
• Respond to admission inquiries via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
• Organize and conduct campus tours for prospective families.
• Process applications, review documents, and ensure timely communication with applicants.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and admissions status.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the school’s admissions process.
• Participate in school events and open houses to engage with prospective families.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Education, Business, or Communication preferred).
• Prior experience in an admissions or customer service role is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and school management software.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with a professional attitude.
