Job Description:
EMS High School is seeking a professional and friendly Female Front Desk Officer to manage the reception area and handle daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, providing a positive first impression of the school.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents in a courteous manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Maintain visitor logs and manage front desk operations.
• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the school.
• Assist with various administrative tasks, such as filing, scheduling, and coordinating meetings.

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in a front desk or customer service role is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly.
