We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient After-Sales Service Manager for our valuable client. This role involves interacting with customers and service centers over the phone to resolve common issues related to programming and faults in our products, primarily inverters and lithium batteries. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory of spare parts sent to and received from service centers.
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Key Responsibilities:
· Worked with Single-Phase Inverters on Installation:
o Inverters like SAKO, Inverex, CROWN, FRONUS and others.
· Customer and Service Center Communication:
o Communicate with authorized service centers to generate and fulfill spare parts demand.
o Assist end-customers over the phone to resolve common issues and help with programming inverters and lithium batteries.
o Redirect end customers to their nearest service center when necessary.
· Inventory Management:
o Maintain an accurate inventory of all spare parts issued to service centers and ensure confirmation of receipt from them.
o Track and manage spare parts returned from service centers.
· Technical Support:
o Utilize a strong understanding of electronics and the inner workings of inverters to assist with troubleshooting and technical inquiries.
o Provide on-the-job learning about specifics related to inverters and lithium batteries.
Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
o Technical background, preferably with an understanding of electronics and inverters.
o Basic proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for inventory management.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and service centers.
o Background in the solar industry is a plus but not required.

Salary: Rs. 50,000 – 60,000
