Job Description
We are seeking AR & Billing Executives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate management of accounts receivable and billing processes. You will play a key role in resolving claim denials and ensuring the organization maintains an efficient cash flow.
Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and follow up on outstanding claims to ensure timely payment.
• Communicate with insurance companies to address and resolve denied or unpaid claims.
• Identify and correct billing errors and discrepancies.
• Maintain thorough documentation of communications and actions taken for each claim.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and claim-related issues.
• Stay updated with industry standards and best practices for medical billing and denial management.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in medical billing, preferably in internal medicine or dental billing.
• Strong knowledge of denial management and medical insurance processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with insurance companies and clients.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
