Customer Support Rep

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Provider Support Representative to assist medical professionals using our services/platform. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, ensuring they receive exceptional support for their practice-related inquiries and technical needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support to healthcare providers via phone, email, and chat
- Assist medical professionals with platform navigation, billing queries, and technical issues
- Handle sensitive healthcare data in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Document all provider interactions accurately in our HIPAA-compliant ticketing system
- Escalate complex technical or compliance issues to appropriate specialized teams
- Guide providers through software updates and new feature implementations
- Assist with insurance verification and claims processing inquiries
- Support providers with patient scheduling system operations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Participate in regular training sessions on healthcare privacy and security
- 12 Grade school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience with US-based healthcare companies
- Strong understanding of US healthcare systems and medical terminology
- Experience with healthcare practice management software
- Native or near-native English proficiency with American English fluency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare-specific software
- Ability to work in US time zones
- Basic typing speed of 40+ WPM
- Associate's degree or higher in Healthcare Administration or related field
- Experience with major EHR/EMR systems
- Knowledge of medical billing and coding
- Experience with healthcare CRM systems
- Previous experience in medical office administration
- Understanding of insurance verification processes
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms
- Multilingual capabilities (Spanish preferred)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Must be able to work in US time zones, ie 8 PM to 5 AM Pakistan time.
- Call center: 2 years (Required)
