Maxeed Group of Chemicals is, a leading agriculture / Pesticide Group in Pakistan, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional and Zonal Sales Manager to lead and drive sales activities within their designated region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing a high-performing sales team, and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals within the assigned region.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
• Team Leadership:
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Executives to ensure high performance and achievement of targets.
• Provide leadership and motivation to the sales team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
• Sales Operations:
• Oversee day-to-day sales operations within the region, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Market Expansion:
• Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities to expand market share.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and strategies.
• Training and Development:
• Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Provide ongoing coaching and professional development to team members.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
• Utilize data to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the Foliar / Pesticides or renewable industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a sales team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of Foliar / Pesticides products and industry trends.
