Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations at the outlet, ensuring smooth functioning and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to boost sales and increase customer footfall at the outlet.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure the outlet is well-stocked.
- Analyze sales data, track performance, and make adjustments to meet sales targets.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and outlet sales goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outlet promotions and campaigns with overall brand objectives.
- Ensure the outlet’s visual merchandising is in line with brand guidelines and appeals to the target audience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 Years experience in outlet sales management, preferably within the fashion/retail industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve performance.
- Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Pay: Rs100,000.00 per month
