Job Title: Center Manager / Branch Manager
Location: Aptech Learning I.I. Chundrigar Center, Karachi, Pakistan
Job Summary:
The Center Manager at Aptech Learning I.I. Chundrigar Center is responsible for overseeing the overall management, operations, and development of the center. This role involves upholding high standards of education delivery, managing administrative tasks, driving student enrolment, and maintaining a positive learning environment. Additionally, the Center Manager will focus on fostering strong relationships with staff, students and stakeholders to promote the center's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
  • Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to Aptech's standards.
  • Implement and monitor policies, procedures, and systems to improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain the center's infrastructure to support educational activities effectively.
Academic Leadership:
  • Collaborate with faculty to ensure high-quality education and training programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate instructors' performance and provide necessary support and professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with curriculum standards and continuously enhance educational offerings.
Student Enrolment and Retention:
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and enrol new students.
  • Ensure high levels of student satisfaction through excellent customer service and support.
  • Address and resolve student concerns and feedback promptly.
Marketing, Community Engagement & Placement:
  • Promote the center's programs through various marketing and outreach activities.
  • Build relationships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations to enhance the center's visibility and reputation.
  • Organize events, workshops, and seminars to engage with the community and potential students.
  • Organize and manage campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and networking events to connect students with potential employers.
Financial Management:
  • Manage the center's budget to achieve financial targets and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Oversee fee collection and manage financial records accurately.
Staff Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the center's staff to achieve their performance goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Recruit, train, and retain qualified and motivated staff members.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in education, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the education sector.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with a proven track record of managing a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective marketing and operational strategies.
  • Proficiency in using educational and administrative software.
  • Knowledge of Aptech’s system, policies, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in the education industry.
  • Having previous experience as an Aptech Center Manager/Center Academic Head is a plus.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
