5. Setting sales targets and training staffs.
6. Allocating areas to sales representatives.
7. Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
8. Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets.
9. Compiling and analysing sales figures.
10. Possibly dealing with some major customer by yourself.
11. Collecting customer feedback and market research.
12. Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

Bachelor Or Above Education
3 Years Or above Experience in Relevant Filed
Highly Communication Skilled
