Job Description:
Your new role:
OEVS is seeking for an experienced Branch Manager to join our team to build and maintain relationships with local and international universities, furnace partnerships to create revenue, and market our international education and migration services to potential students to enhance sales.
Your duties will include:
- Achieve sales targets by promoting our services to prospective customers.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with international universities and service providers to ensure a seamless student placement process.
- Institutional Partnerships: Form alliances with educational institutions and universities in Pakistan to advertise OEVS services and boost student registration.
- Seminars & Events: Plan, organize, and conduct seminars and events to engage with potential students and educational institutions.
- Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with management to create and present marketing strategies, highlighting crucial areas to gear up sales and business growth.
- Migration Process Knowledge: Have a solid understanding of migration processes, including visa requirements and regulations for different countries.
- Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism, ensuring effective communication, leadership, and representation of OEVS in all interactions.
- Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to the branch team to guarantee efficient operations and a happy workplace.
- Master’s degree in education, Marketing, Business, or a similar discipline.
- Proven experience of 03 to 05 years in sales, education consultancy, or a similar role.
- Can establish trusting relationships with both local educational institutions and international university representatives.
- Knowledge of education and migration processes, including visa regulations for various countries.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and execute marketing strategies effectively.
- Calm, composed, and professional attitude with strong leadership qualities.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or with team.
