Brand Activations Manager
Job Summary:
Brand Spectrum, a leading marketing and communications agency, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Brand Activations Manager to lead our Brand Activations division.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of conceiving, planning, and executing impactful brand activations for both multinational and local clients across Pakistan, with a focus on major cities like Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities:
Brand Activations Strategy:

• Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive brand activation strategies that align with clients' marketing objectives and budgets.
• Client Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and presenting innovative activation concepts.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of activation projects, including logistics, budget management, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
• Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of activations.
• Technology Integration: Stay abreast of global trends in activations and experiential marketing, integrating technology and digital solutions for impactful brand experiences.

Project Execution:

• Activation Planning: Lead the conceptualization and planning of brand activation campaigns, including ideation, design, and creative development.
• Cost Management: Develop and manage budgets, ensuring activations are cost-effective and deliver maximum ROI.
• On-site Management: Oversee on-site execution, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring activations run smoothly.

Client Relations:

• Client Satisfaction: Maintain strong client relationships, addressing their feedback and concerns to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, pitch activation ideas, and contribute to the growth of Brand Spectrum's brand activations portfolio.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in brand activations and experiential marketing, with a focus on major Pakistani cities.
• Exceptional operational and project management skills.
• Strong vendor and client management abilities.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to develop creative activation concepts.
• Technologically savvy with knowledge of the latest trends in activations and digital marketing.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
