An Australian based Solar company seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our sales team in pakistan office johar town Lahore. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 year of experience working in a call Center environment. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, in Australia Melbourne nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth. This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission. Its an Australian market job.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls and client engagement.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Skills and Qualifications :

• Strong communication and negotiation skills is must (Key requirement)
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing sales or business administration (preferred)
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
