Voldexa, a Canada-based tech company, is looking for a dynamic Business Development/Sales Specialist with proven expertise in leveraging platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Linked In Sales Navigator, Clutch, Hub Spot and other B2B Platforms to drive business growth and secure impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities through Upwork, Fiverr, Clutch, and other B2B platforms.
• Use Linked In Sales Navigator to generate leads and engage with potential clients.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
• Write and customize compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and potential growth areas.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that align with client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development or sales, with expertise in platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Linked In Sales Navigator, Clutch, and Hub Spot.
• Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
