Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Room 510, 5th Floor, Uni Tower, I.I Chundrigar Rd, Karachi, Pakistan
Job Type: Full-Time
Timing: 8 PM to 5 AM, 5 days a week (aligned with US business hours)

We are seeking an energetic Business Development Executive to spearhead our sales initiatives, expand our client base, and lay the foundation for our sales team’s future growth. This crucial role offers the opportunity to significantly impact the department's success and to advance into a leadership position as operations expand.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential small to mid-sized business clients in the US, understanding their staffing and service needs.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Craft strategies to attract and secure clients, leveraging industry insights.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate lasting relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure ongoing collaboration and satisfaction.
  • Achievement of Sales Goals: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets, with a focus on client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about trends and challenges within the finance, IT, telecom, and retail sectors.
  • Team Growth: Play a key role in the development and expansion of the sales team, potentially involving training and hiring initiatives.
  • Proposal and Presentation Delivery: Deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals, clearly communicating the value of our services.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of sales activities to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Regular Sales Training and Meetings: Engage in regular sales meetings and professional development sessions to refine strategies and enhance team performance.
Required Skills and Abilities
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive skills, with fluency in English.
  • Strategic Thinking: Capable of creating effective sales strategies tailored to a diverse client base.
  • Proactivity: Quick to recognize and capitalize on client engagement opportunities.
  • Technological Proficiency: Experienced with CRM systems and sales platforms, using technology to optimize client interactions.
  • Organizational Skills: Effective management of multiple leads and clients with meticulous attention to detail.
Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, commerce, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: Proven sales experience, especially in BPO or staffing industries, with a strong record of meeting sales targets.
Experience
  • Sales Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to close deals and generate business effectively in a competitive environment.
  • Client Relationship Management: Robust experience in building long-term relationships with business clients, especially in the US market.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: Rs 60,000 to Rs 100,000 per month.
