Job Description: As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our company. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and convert leads into long-term business partnerships. You will manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing the deal.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential clients on various platforms (Linked In, Upwork, Fiverr, etc.).
Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and online platforms.Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to pitch our services.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and convert them into paying clients. Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align solutions with client needs.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging markets. Meet or exceed set sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements: Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales (preferably in IT, e-commerce, or digital marketing).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to engage and build rapport with clients across different platforms.Experience using CRM tools and lead generation platforms (e.g., Linked In, Upwork, Hub Spot).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
