Timings: 6 PM to 2 AM (Monday to Friday)

Salary: Rs60,000.00 per month
Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and driven fresh business graduates to join our team as Business Development Executives for our night shift. Training will be provided to successful candidates.
Responsibilities:

• Be eager to find new business opportunities.
• Research potential leads and markets thoroughly.
• Communicate effectively with prospects and decision-makers.
• Solve problems and meet client needs.
• Stay organized and pay attention to detail.
• Proactively seek out new leads and initiate sales conversations.
• Meet set targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong research skills to identify market trends, competitors, and potential leads.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work the night shift.

Additional Requirements:

• Employees will observe holidays according to the Canadian calendar.
• Only one day will be granted for religious holidays in Pakistan.
• Absence exceeding the allowed limit will result in a warning letter or termination.
• Advance notice is required for additional days off.
• Sick days are limited to five days per year; replacements will be arranged for non-serious illnesses.
• Within three months of employment, the expectation is to secure at least 3 contracts.
