Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our customer base. This role will focus on identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting PESS’s range of training and consultancy solutions to various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Present and promote PESS training and consultancy services to meet client needs.
- Develop strategic sales plans to reach targets and expand client reach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective promotional strategies.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business deals.
- Report regularly on sales progress and market trends to management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the training and consultancy industry, particularly in HSE, is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
