Business Development Executive (Lead Generation)

Job description
Title: React.js Developer
Company: Blockmob Labs
Location: Office # 5 & 7, 3rd floor, Opal Square, D-Markaz, Gulberg Residencia, Islamabad, Pakistan

As a Business Development Executive at Blockmob Labs, you will be responsible for identifying and generating qualified leads that drive the company's growth in the Web3 and blockchain space. You will focus on researching potential clients, building a pipeline of opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to fuel our sales engine.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Research
-> Identify and qualify leads using lead generation platforms such as Linked In, Crunchbase, Angel List, and others.
-> Conduct in-depth research on target industries, companies, and individuals within the Web3 and blockchain sectors to identify potential clients.
-> Stay updated on market trends and emerging companies to ensure a constant flow of relevant prospects.

2. Data Management & Organization
-> Maintain and update a database of potential clients, ensuring all leads are categorized and tracked effectively.
-> Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce) to organize lead information and track outreach progress.

3. Outreach & Initial Contact
-> Conduct outreach through cold emails, Linked In messaging, and other channels to establish contact with potential leads.
-> Tailor messages to highlight Blockmob Labs’ services in a way that resonates with each target’s needs and industry.

4. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing
-> Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with ongoing campaigns and strategies.
-> Provide detailed lead profiles to the sales team for further follow-up and nurturing.

5. Tracking & Reporting
-> Regularly report on the number of leads generated, response rates, and other relevant metrics.
-> Analyze lead generation effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements in outreach strategies.

6. Market Intelligence Gathering
-> Keep an eye on competitor activities, industry developments, and key players in the blockchain space to refine lead generation efforts.
-> Provide insights to the team based on lead engagement and market research.

Qualifications:
-> Highly motivated, fast-learner, and results-driven.
-> Excellent communication skills, particularly in written English.
-> Experience with lead generation platforms like Linked In, Crunchbase, or Angel List.
-> Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-> Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking software.
-> Interest in blockchain, Web3, and emerging technologies.

Job Type:- Full-time
Timing:- Monday to Friday (10 am-6 pm)
Location:- Gulberg, Islamabad
