Spell Link is Looking for a (Business Development Manager ) Within the construction estimation department in US who shall assist our U.S based Clint's customers with their queries/concerns and provide an accurate resolution to customers as per the defined processes via call (Outbound / Cold Calling, email Marketing, social media marketing).
We are looking for experienced B2B Business development manager to promote and sell our cutting edge digital signage solutions in US, Australia & Canada. Ideally you should have experience in selling cost estimation services to General contractors for residential, commercials and other projects. We are specifically seeking candidates with high energy, sharp personality, excellent communication skills and the drive to sell.
You must have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Consistently close new business subject to a monthly quota.
- Team building and team management
- Collaborative strategy development
- Sales and marketing strategy with Market research,
- Generate leads through web research, cold calling, social media, Linked In and email campaigns.
- Respond to customers enquiry, take the requirements and preparing proposals.
- Determine client needs and match products/services to meet those needs.
- Create proposals and respond to RFPs/RFQs.
- Maintain sales reports including pipeline activity in our CRM software.
- Working hours are 6 pm – 3 am Pakistan standard time.
- 5+ years of proven B2B Sales experience with a record of consistent conversions.
- Excellent oral/written English communication skills.
- Experience of selling products and/or services to the European or North American market.
- Ability to understand B2B sales business concepts and efficient communications to prospects and clients.
- Strong computer skills including; CRM, Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet, etc.
- Very competitive for the right candidate.
