Position Overview
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Bidding Manager to lead our bidding processes and ensure the success of each bid. This onsite role involves overseeing all aspects of bid creation, from initial client engagement through proposal submission and follow-up, with a strong focus on achieving measurable results. The ideal candidate will leverage technical insights and client engagement skills to secure high-value projects, particularly in MERN stack and custom Word Press development.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Bid Lifecycle Management: Oversee every stage of the bidding process, including researching client needs, drafting proposals, and ensuring follow-up—all geared toward high win rates and measurable results.
- Initial Client Engagement & Technical Meetings: Conduct and lead initial meetings with potential clients to understand project requirements, clarify DAWNSOL’s strengths, and build trust by addressing technical questions, particularly for MERN stack and Word Press projects.
- Strategic & Data-Driven Proposal Crafting: Develop competitive, tailored proposals that align closely with client needs and DAWNSOL’s expertise, increasing the likelihood of bid acceptance.
- Outcome-Oriented Follow-Up: Maintain a structured approach to bid follow-ups, ensuring timely responses to client inquiries and maximizing conversion rates through proactive communication and relationship-building.
- Client Retention & Long-Term Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with clients post-project, aiming to boost client satisfaction and encourage repeat business through strategic engagement and tracking of client needs.
- Continuous Performance Tracking & Improvement: Monitor bid outcomes and client feedback, using data to identify improvement areas and refine future bid strategies for a consistently high success rate.
- Increased Bid Success Rate: Achieve a substantial increase in the win rate by aligning bids with client priorities and showcasing DAWNSOL’s unique value.
- High Client Satisfaction & Retention: Develop strong client relationships that result in high satisfaction scores and repeat business, particularly for MERN stack and Word Press projects.
- Revenue Growth Contribution: Drive revenue growth through strategic project acquisition, enhancing DAWNSOL’s portfolio with high-value clients.
- Experience: At least 3 years in a Bidding Manager or similar role, with a proven track record of securing bids, especially in a software development environment focused on MERN stack and custom Word Press projects.
- Technical & Strategic Mindset: Strong technical understanding of MERN stack and Word Press solutions, along with the ability to create data-driven strategies that optimize bid success.
- Client-Focused Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience conducting initial technical discussions and addressing client needs.
- Freelance Platform Expertise: Expertise with platforms like Upwork and Fiverr, with demonstrated success in creating winning bids that align with client expectations.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
