Position: Business Development Manager
Location: CCA 23, 2nd Floor, DHA Phase 8, Ex Park View, Lahore, Pakistan
Salary Range: 55,000 to 100,000 PKR per month
Employment Type: Full-time (Night Shift)
Timings: 7PM To 4AM
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth? Redwood Information and Technologies is looking for a Business Development Expert with an MBA to help us expand our reach and impact in the digital world.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold leads, networking, and research.
• Engage potential clients via Linked In and third-party tools like Apollo and Lusha.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Create and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation efforts.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Education: MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the tech or digital marketing industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Linked In, CRM tools, and other lead generation software.
