Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Identify sales opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Achieve daily and monthly call and sales quotas.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and previous customers to build relationships and close sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally and effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach efforts.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a call center is preferred.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Basic computer skills and experience using CRM software.
- Goal-driven and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
