We are seeking a motivated Outbound Call Center Representative to make outgoing calls to potential customers, introduce products or services, and generate sales. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be goal-oriented, and capable of meeting performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
• Identify sales opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Achieve daily and monthly call and sales quotas.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads and previous customers to build relationships and close sales.
• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally and effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach efforts.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a call center is preferred.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Basic computer skills and experience using CRM software.
• Goal-driven and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
