Job Description:
We are seeking a Call Center Representative with a focus on industrial mechanical parts to manage customer inquiries and support our operations in the Pakistan market. In this role, you will handle a range of customer interactions, from answering questions about products to assisting with orders and resolving issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound calls regarding industrial mechanical parts and components.
Provide detailed and accurate information about products, including specifications, pricing, and availability.
Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and resolution of any issues or concerns.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product catalog and industry standards.
Record and track customer interactions and feedback using our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs.
Requirements:
Experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably related to industrial mechanical parts.
Strong communication skills in both English and Urdu (verbal and written).
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
High school diploma or equivalent; a relevant degree or certification is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in the industrial mechanical parts sector.
Knowledge of the Pakistani industrial market and key industry players.
