Job Description:
As the Human Resources Manager at YUUA, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will play a key role in shaping our company culture, supporting employee development, and ensuring that our HR practices align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support organizational objectives and comply with local labor laws.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Oversee employee relations, address conflicts, and provide guidance to management and staff on HR-related issues.
Administer performance management systems, including appraisals and development plans.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and handle any related issues or concerns.
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on various HR metrics.
Support compensation and benefits administration, including salary reviews and employee benefits programs.
Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws in Pakistan.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of local and international HR trends and best practices.
