1. Job Responsibilities
The Call Centre Executive is responsible for:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
• Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Providing accurate information about products/services.
• Logging call details, interactions, and follow-ups in the system.
• Escalating unresolved issues to the relevant team.

2. Work Hours

• This is a full-time position. Working hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday.
• Flexibility may be required, including weekend shifts or overtime as necessary.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Rs50,000.00 per month
